Description
Using the Winston LP46 electric pressure chicken fryer, chefs can prepare 18 pounds of chicken in 10 minutes. It accommodates 54 pounds of oil and a clamshell basket holds chicken fully submerged in the oil. This unit is made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel and is mounted on adjustable legs so users can elevate it to a comfortable working height.
The Winston LP46 pressure fryer has microprocessor controls so users can govern cooking. Eight programmable channels enable users to set various times and temperatures for a single cooking cycle. To simplify cleaning, a Teflon® brush and a pair of gloves are included.
